What will this actually cost you?
These tools price on four incompatible models. Put your real usage in once and see all four as a single annual number.
| Tool | Model | Price | Included | Overage | Per year |
|---|
Edit any cell. Seat = price × people. Flat = one price, capped usage. Credits = bundle included, then per-unit overage. Usage = pure pay-per-run.
The three things this won't tell you
Rate limits. A cheap plan you can't actually run at your volume isn't cheap. Ask for the requests-per-minute and tokens-per-minute limits before committing — why they bite.
Whether the free tier is enough. Check your real usage against it before paying for anything. Paying for 10× the volume you use is the most common waste in this category.
Verification cost. If fixing the output takes longer than doing the work yourself, the tool has negative value at any price — how to measure that.
